Nicaraguan Government awards Environmental Accolade

The Nicaraguan Environmental Commission, the highest level of environmental authority in Nicaragua, recently presented a certificate of outstanding achievement to EcoPlanet Bamboo Central America, EcoInvestment’s plantation partner.

This award represents acknowledgement of the environmental and social change that the company is impacting within remote areas of Nicaragua’s atlantic coast, with its development of commercial bamboo plantations and associated processing facilities.
