Head of Business Development

Marcus’ professional history is predominately in international property, with over 7 years’ experience in sales of overseas investments. As well as helping hundreds of investors to find the right property investment, he spent just under 3 years working at the international property industry’s trade body, the Association of International Property Professionals (AIPP).

The AIPP was set up to promote adherence to professional standards and an enforceable code of conduct in the unregulated world of international property. Marcus was responsible for more than doubling the industry body membership and helping to widen the profile of the Association and its aims, thereby making overseas property purchasing safer, more transparent and more professional.

Marcus then moved to Property Frontiers, where he worked as Sub Agent Manager, coordinating a network of over 70 agents, in 5 continents. During this time, he developed a passion for ethical and ecologically sound investment products, eventually moving over full time to work in this field.

Marcus now heads up all aspects of EcoInvestment’s business development.
